These fire doors have been repeatedly evaluated
at the Fire Research Laboratory of CBRI, Roorkee
to the relevant National and International
Specifications
The
use of fire doors is mandatory as per Delhi Fire
Safety Act 1986
In
accordance with the National Building Code of
fire safety (PART IV) and IS: 1642, the Fire
Doors of the specified rating are required to be
installed at-
1) Escape routes and in corridors
2) Basements
3) Stair-wells
4) Lift shafts, Hoists, Conveyors, Chutes
and other critical opening as specified
therein.
